About EventVetter

EventVetter exists to provide infrastructure for underserved communities to protect their time, money, and business continuity in the event economy.

Too often, vendors and small businesses are asked to invest in events without access to real-world data about logistics, turnout, costs, or outcomes. This lack of transparency leads to wasted resources, burnout, and missed opportunities — especially for entrepreneurs who can least afford the risk.

EventVetter is building a platform where event intelligence is created, stored, and reused over time — empowering vendors, hosts, and organizers to make informed decisions based on real experience, not guesswork.

We are creating a new layer of accountability and access in the event space — one that centers fairness, efficiency, and sustainability.

Our Mission

To provide infrastructure for underserved communities to protect time, money, and business continuity in the event economy.

About the Founder

Larryann Aaron is the Founder and CEO of EventVetter.

With a corporate and community leadership background, Larryann has spent years navigating complex systems across operations, strategy, and program development. She saw firsthand how vendors — especially those from underserved communities — were consistently asked to invest in events without access to reliable information about logistics, turnout, or outcomes.

That lack of transparency often led to wasted resources, burnout, and missed opportunities.

Driven by a commitment to equity, access, and informed decision-making, Larryann founded EventVetter to create infrastructure where none previously existed — turning lived experience into actionable intelligence.

Larryann has led initiatives across education, arts, health, and economic

empowerment spaces, bringing together corporate rigor and community

-centered design. Her work is rooted in building tools that serve real people

in real-world environments.

Through EventVetter, Larryann is building more than a platform — she is

building decision infrastructure for the event economy.
